🚚 1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days on prepaid and all COD orders.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• You will receive an email or WhatsApp update with tracking details once the order is shipped.

🌍 2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

• All over India (PAN INDIA)

• Select international destinations (via trusted logistics partners like DHL, Aramex, or India Post International)

📦 3. Shipping Charges

India:

• ₹99 shipping charge on all COD orders

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999

International:

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, if applicable

🕒 4. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high-demand seasons.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track the status directly through the courier's website or via our order tracking page.

We take utmost care in packaging every product.
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with photos, so we can assist you promptly.
