All product descriptions & prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways like Razorpay, and also offer COD.

  • VNEXT reserves the right to modify pricing or discontinue a product without prior notice.

4. Order Accuracy & Refusal

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us, subject to stock and size availability.

  • In the event of exchange, cancellation, or return, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing details with the correct pincode.

5. Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
We want you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from THE VNEXT. You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the items purchased. All queries related to shipping & returns should be addressed via the Returns/Exchanges tab on the website.

Please Note:

  • NO requests will be processed through telephone, social media platforms, or WhatsApp.

  • Customer service is available Monday to Saturday (excluding bank and national holidays).

  • Emails are replied to within a 48-hour TAT (Turnaround Time).

  • ₹99 will be deducted to handle reverse shipment in the case of returns.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

  • VNEXT is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or photos to us (via email or social media), you grant us permission to publish, use, or modify this content for marketing purposes without compensation.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for:
